privately held company headquartered in Sebastian, FL. Former and
current NetBoss executives, supported by Eureka Growth Capital, recently
acquired the unit from Aviat Networks, formerly known as Harris Stratex.

Previously operating inside Harris, Harris Stratex and then Aviat

Jim Odom, NetBoss Technologies President and Chief Executive Officer,
was instrumental in the initial launch of NetBoss as a business unit at
Harris Corporation before leaving to become the CEO of Martin Group. He
